The location of Octopus was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a convenient en-suite shower room. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood, and the nearby tram stops made it easy to explore the city. The self-service breakfast had a good variety of options including bread, cereal, meats, and spreads. The instructions for check-in were clear, making our late arrival hassle-free. The location of the hostel was a pleasant surprise. Although it seemed to be situated away from the city center, it was actually just a short 7-minute walk to the Green gate, restaurants, and shops. This made it convenient for me to explore the vibrant city. the cleanliness of the hostel exceeded my expectations. the rooms were well-maintained, and the common areas were spotless. the provision of utensils, hot water kettle, and toaster in the common area was also a nice touch, especially for budget travelers like myself. despite some drawbacks, the hostel offered a decent stay experience.

The noise from the WC was really annoying, especially at night when I was trying to sleep. the old building seemed to amplify the sounds from the water tubes, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

We enjoyed our stay at Octopus and found the bed to be very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the friendly hostess made us feel welcome. The location was convenient, with the city center only a short distance away. we would recommend this hotel for young couples visiting the city.

There was a small inconvenience with the double bed being two singles pushed together, but it was easily resolved. Additionally, the water pump in the bathroom was a bit noisy.

Convenient location close to the old town. Despite a minor issue with the entrance door code, fellow guests were helpful and assisted us in getting inside. The hostel had good amenities including a coffee machine and 24/7 access to cereals and milk. The overall value for money was great.
